Research Assistant position in molecular diagnostics at Multiplex

We are looking for a bright, talented scientist to join a team to develop and execute molecular diagnostics panels using multiplex PCR.

We are a newly founded company located in the Science for Life Foundation at Zañartu 1482, Ñuñoa, Santiago, along with several other cutting-edge companies in the biotech hub.

Applicants must have a biotech or molecular biology background, with special emphasis in multiplex PCR and similar techniques and have earned a degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotech Engineering or similar. Experience in multiplex PCR and automation platforms such as the Opentrons OT-2 is highly encouraged, and bioinformatics/coding skills will be looked upon favourably.

Also the applicant needs to be proactive, highly motivated, responsible, capable of independent work and with people skills.
