Research Assistant-Pontificia Universidad Católica, experience in the Zebrafish model is required

General Purpose: Generates and maintains lines of zebrafish mutants and transgenic lines; screens and genotypes zebrafish using PCR. Conducts and analyzes high-throughput drug screening experiments in zebrafish mutants. Analyzes gene expression in the zebrafish mutants and in specific cell types using In situ hybridization, FACS sorting and RNA-Seq. Orders and maintains inventory of supplies. May assist research and support staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a biological related field. Zebrafish related work experience is required.
