Background: Bioinformatic analysis of transcriptional programs of neuronal regeneration.

Job type: Full-time

Experience: Experience in NGS data analysis with special emphasis on RNAseq. In addition, the selected candidate must be able to program in Pearl or Phyton; Knowledge of graph theory or network theory is a plus.
