In the laboratory for Mechanobiology of Transforming System directed by Dr. Andrea Ravasio, we are looking for motivated students from biochemistry, biology, biomedicine, bioengineering and biophysics background to participate to the PhD program of the Instituto de Ingeniería Biológica y Médica (IIBM) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Santiago, Chile).
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to apply interdisciplinary approaches to investigate cancer transformation and embryonic development and they will work in an exciting international environment. Passion and dedication for science are the only prerequisites (besides the institutional ones). The PhD program is accredited, and financial support will be provided for the period before obtaining the CONICYT scholarship.
